Hi, this is Dr. Richard Shook. I am a Professional Certified Coach based in Marietta, Georgia, and specialize in several interventions, including Acceptance and Commitment and mindfulness perspectives.

I also teach coaching and positive psychology at the graduate university level at Life University

My goal is to help my clients move toward their true values and goals so they can live a fulfilling and flourishing life. As a coach, I can conduct sessions with you, no matter where you are in the country, either through video or telephone sessions.
